Crafted Highlights:
Responsible for Private Barrel Programs, Experiential Events, and custom barrel picks that elevate the portfolio of Coors Spirit Company brands. Support key customer, consumer, and distributor engagement. Works closely with the Coors Spirits Company sales organization, as well as Molson Coors marketing and field marketing teams to help drive overall business performance.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Responsible for the CHOSEN single barrel program as well as all future single barrel programs for Coors Spirits Company.
- Responsible for the prospecting and closing new single barrel accounts; as well as assisting the Coors Spirits Co team in closing accounts at the local and national level
- Responsible for the management of single barrel inventory; this includes collaboration with the Whiskey Curator and Operations team.
- Serves as the lead brand educator for the Coors Spirits Company family of brands, including Blue Run, Barmen, Five Trail, as well as any future new to world brands
- Execution of events in focus markets as needed to support national brand initiatives
- Attendance at distributor meetings, trade shows, and industry events as necessary
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of spirits category and industry experience
- Whiskey/Bourbon Experience strongly preferred
- Project management
- Strong knowledge of the spirits/bourbon industry
- Well organized and ability to deliver projects on time
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Problem solver and creative solution retaliated

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $96,600.00 - $126,700.00 (posting salary range) + 20% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
