Crafted Highlights:   

In the role of Distributor Sales Executive - Non-Alc, you will be a part of the Molson Coors non-alcohol team. This person is responsible for driving execution and sales within our affiliate (non-Molson Coors) distributors on our non-alc portfolio.

 

This position would be based in Knoxville Tennessee, or anywhere in Kentucky. 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Champion the execution among affiliate (non-Molson Coors) distributors to drive distribution and in-store execution
  • Accountable for mandate/placement closure in chains, maintaining in-stocks, and driving distributor net revenue
  • In partnership with distributors, grow and expand our independent distribution
  • Direct and collaborate with assigned distributors on development of the annual distributor business plan
  • Ensure distributors have adequate forecasting processes in place to manage distributor inventories
  • Executes sales and distribution objectives by following the 10 steps to a sales call
  • Meet established sales objectives, monthly and annually for entire non-alc portfolio
  • Provide expertise and communication/leadership on our non-alc portfolio
  • Conduct regular in-market work withs to evaluate effectiveness of execution and plan implementation, as well as identifying opportunities
  • Partner and collaborate with respective brand partners

Key Ingredients: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of sales experience required; experience within the consumer product industry preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to demonstrate through work experience, leadership, business knowledge, and the ability to envision a successful sales program
  • Knowledge of three-tiered distribution system preferred

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $92,100.00 - $120,900.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
