Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Sr. Manager of Sales Operations working in Irvine, CA, you will be part of the West Region Sales team. The person will be responsible for driving process improvement and efficiency initiatives and provides leadership to deliver value to internal and external customers and partners.
This position reports to the Regional Vice President and works closely with the Region Leadership team, sales team, and distributors.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Responsible for planning and implementing key operations strategies, processes efficiency and tactics to support the sales organizations achieve their business goals
- Acts as the Chief of Staff for the region in support of the RVP
- Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of sales performance within a management unit to assist all business functions on reaching objectives
- Responsible for driving the development of and maintenance of all performance, KPIs, scorecard reporting and analysis, leveraging sales reporting tools
- Act as an advisor by structuring undefined issues for resolution, researching issues, summarizing information, and working with relevant stakeholders to provide the GM with the information needed to make sound and timely decisions
- Manager of 3-4 team-members, coordination of administrative support across the region
Key Ingredients:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience
- You have 5+ years of progressive experience in sales and key accounts management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $142,600.00 - $187,200.00 (posting salary range) + 20% target short term incentive + $12,500 + 400 Non-Qualified Stock Options target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
