The Headlines:


In the role of Regional Sales Manager 10th and Blake, you will be a part of the Emerging Growth Team. You will be responsible for partnering with our regional brewer partners and field sales team to develop strategic sales plans, execute against priorities and drive sales & revenue growth


This position reports to the Director of Sales and Strategy, 10th and Blake and will be based in any city on the West coast  that is near a major airport. 



  • Works with Chicago brand, strategy, and analytics team to assist craft brewers in providing actionable business updates, insights, selling stories & measurement for the Region sales organizations
  • Partners with craft brewers and their sales & marketing teams to ensure robust annual plans including involvement in annual distributor and MCBC planning process for Region Sales
  • Ensures alignment on annual goals and plan between craft brewers and RVP, GMs, RCD and SRLs for the Sales Regions
  • Influence field sales, distributors, and retailers through effective preparation, planning, delivery, and measurement of key Tenth and Blake channel priorities that align with annual plans
  • Partners with supply chain, demand planning and distributor network to ensure strategic portfolio is ordered, delivered and available for distribution
  • Assists craft brewer leaders in developing commercial capability improvement plans.  Works with national sales director and L&D to ensure plan delivery.



  • Strong analytical skills
  • Beer intrinsic knowledge or passion
  • Understanding of the above premium beer category
  • Knowledge of the three-tier distribution system preferred
  • Level One Cicerone trained (preferred Level Two)
  • Knowledge of how chain works


Other Qualifications:

  • You have at least 5 years' progressive experience in sales and key accounts management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries 
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy   
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business  
  • You are serious about results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering 
  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development  
  • You exhibit our core values and demonstrate our Molson Coors Success Factors  
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field preferred.
