The Headlines:   
In the role of Technician - Ends working in Golden, CO, you will be responsible for keeping yourself and your coworkers safe, working with a highly skilled team, collaboration across all departments, operating high speed equipment, Quality Assurance checks, Autonomous Maintenance as well as general GMP

This position reports to the Line Lead.

The Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to a safe work environment by performing all tasks in accordance with O.S.H.A., Lock-out/Tag-out/Try-out safety rules & Molson Coors policies and regulations.
  • Works as a self-motivated individual with minimal supervision while functioning as a productive team member.
  • Ability to operate high speed electro-mechanical equipment, conduct equipment inspections and repair mechanical assemblies to insure conformance to specifications or production requirements.
  • Performs set-up, adjustment, and timing of mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to input and interpret quality specifications and SPC data utilizing computer programs including Infinity and Excel
  • Utilizes the appropriate personal communication and interaction skills required to work with others in a team-based environment.
  • Performs minor preventative, corrective maintenance (autonomous maintenance), break fix situations, troubleshoots and takes appropriate action to resolve issues, ensuring that the equipment is producing quality product in a timely manner. 
  • Possesses the basic mechanical and technical skills to accomplish the required machine adjustments and maintenance.
  • Reads and correctly interprets and follows job procedures, work instructions, as well as special notices and/or instructions and is capable to interpret the instructions, relaying that information accurately to other individuals.
     

The Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Strong oral and written communication and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Ability to accurately read and follow instructions & perform mathematical calculations.
  • Basic computer skills to include use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts (days/nights).

Job Posting Hourly Rate: $29.95-$35.80
