The Headlines:
In the role of Technician - Customer Service & Supply at Rocky Mountain Metal Container, you will lead the coordination and execution of can graphics and labeling, ensuring all artwork, approvals, and qualifications are completed accurately and on time to support production. You will also manage deco plate inventory, master data, and cross-functional alignment with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Additionally, this position provides critical backup support for production scheduling and planning to maintain efficient operations and on-time delivery.
The Responsibilities:

Coordinate all activities related to new can graphics and updates to existing artwork

Align internal teams, suppliers, and customers to execute label qualifications on time

Manage qualification timelines, build qualification packets, and ensure production readiness

Ensure all corporate, legal, customer, and brand approvals are completed prior to production

Maintain and update master data, item setup, and artwork tracking systems (e.g., JDE)

Oversee deco plate inventory, including tracking, procurement, cost control, and lifecycle management

Develop visual controls (labels, signage) to reduce production errors

Lead regular qualification reviews and maintain clear communication across stakeholders

Provide backup support for production scheduling and planning, including inventory and transportation coordination

Manage materials flow (coils, dunnage, finished goods, scrap) to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery
The Other Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must be willing to work a 5x2 8-hour shift Monday - Friday with possible overtime available

Required education and experience: High School Diploma or GED

Computer skills: Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email, Excel, and Word.
