The Headlines:   

In the role of Sr. Production Service Scheduling Analyst working in Rocky Mountain Metal Container (RMMC) in Golden, CO you will be part of the Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for Developing and maintaining production schedules for Cans and Ends Production to meet Supply Chain demand while optimizing overall brewery throughput.

 

This position reports to the Manager Supply Chain and works closely with the Packaging Operational Teams.

 

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations 
  • Work with Corporate Supply Planning to match packaging requirements to Can and End Manufacturing Supply
  • Develop monthly and long-range production schedules for Cans and Ends as well as procuring appropriate metal sheet
  • Determine required maintenance downtime and integrate it into the production schedules in such a manner that minimizes operating costs and disruptions to breweries 
  • Analyze compliance to schedule and monitor inventory levels to ensure supply will meet demand
  • Ensure Brewery Network is supplied with can and end orders daily that accommodates product availability goals and truck loading capacity
  • Proactive alignment of orders to production schedules
  • Work with operational department to align schedules to optimize output and meet brewery needs

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in production scheduling against order placement and removals.
  • Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in ordering raw materials to meet production demand
  • Minimum of one (1) years’ experience working within JD Edwards’ or another digital inventory control and order management system
  • Must be able to work effectively as a team member and to develop and maintain productive working relationships.
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Superior analytical/logical problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and function comfortably in an environment that demands an extremely high degree of self-initiated action
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
