In the role of Sr. Process Leader – Process Control working in Golden, CO you will be part of the Asset Care team in our Rocky Mountain Metal Company plant (RMMC). You will lead, coach and motivate a 24-hour operational team in Process Control with limited to no managerial support on off-shifts to ensure high quality products are produced safely and cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of a process or system.
This position reports to Manager Engineering and Tech Services-RMMC.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
- Leverage World Class Supply Chain principles and best work practices which contribute to world class standards of operation through monitoring and evaluating key metrics to continuously improve performance.
- Build and develop a team of technicians in the areas of technical and leadership capability. Develop team members to lead and manage and make sound decisions in all performance aspects of can making operations.
- Lead and provide local strategy for all environmental compliance and sustainability processes within the Plant. Serves as champion for Environmental Management best practice area.
- Design, plan, and perform engineering duties in the prevention, control, and abatement of environmental liabilities and concerns, utilizing various engineering disciplines.
- Collaborate with government agencies and organizations to support water conservation and carbon reduction initiatives.
Key Ingredients:

- You have at least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing/chemical processing field
- Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college level education or work-related experience in the can or end making process.
- Skilled at using data to drive actions, define trends, recognize opportunities for process improvements
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and approaches
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

- You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $93,800.00 - $123,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
