Crafted Highlights:   

In the role of Sr. Engineer for Can/End Manufacturing, in Golden, CO, you will lead indirect cross-functional teams to execute new can/end projects for current and new brand opportunities. The individual will obtain subject matter knowledge on can/end design, testing, and manufacturing, and will deliver innovations, renovation opportunities, and process optimization initiatives for the business.            

 

This role reports directly to the RMMC General Manager. 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Oversee can/end design and qualification from raw material state to full commercialization that ensures quality is delivered to our customers and consumers.
  • Establish and maintain bill of material specifications and testing for can/end manufacturing and support the implementation of those specifications and test methods to guarantee quality from end to end of the supply chain. 
  • Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver on cost savings and product/equipment capabilities for improved efficiency and quality.
  • Partner with our Corporate Innovation Team and lead the development and engineering responsible for the validations and commercialization of innovative container solutions.
  • Partner with our Corporate Quality Team to support supplier audits and supplier standards development and implementation. 

 

Key Ingredients:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of Can/End Manufacturing or Associated Consumer Goods Industry, Design and/or Engineering Experience is preferred. 
  • Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience a plus.
  • Able to complete complex projects quickly and act with urgency when business needs dictate.            
  • Confident and competent.            
  • Diplomatic, professional, and exercises great judgement when developing and maintaining business standards and relationships.            
  • Able to build relationships and collaborate with different levels of the organization to deliver results.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $126,500.00 - $166,000.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
