The Headlines:    
In the role of Senior Specialist Quality Control working in Golden, CO, you will coordinate all aspects associated with new can graphics and changes to existing graphics. The Sr Specialist Quality Control will also manage transportation schedules and forecasts, as well as function as a primary backup for RMMC Scheduler and RMMC Planner.

This position reports to the Sr Prod Services Scheduling Analyst.

The Responsibilities: 

Coordinate all aspects associated with new can graphics and changes to existing graphics

  • Confirm Ends and/or Cans orders from end user.
  • Coordinate SKU changes for new graphics and promotional graphics internally and externally
  • Schedule Cans and or Ends shipments and coordinate tendering of shipments to carriers via established processes and procedures
  • Ensure on time delivery and communication of delayed deliveries to end users.
  • Back fill for Supply Chain team during absences
  • Drive process improvement initiatives
  • Manage Dunnage inventory
  • Manage cycle count process with Warehouse teams


Manage Transportation Schedules and Forecasts

  • Predict transportation needs based on forecasted sales
  • Coordinate SKU changes based on current inventory and end user demand


Function as a primary backup for RMMC Scheduler and RMMC Planner

  • Develop production schedules for 10 production lines based off of sales forecast and run cadence
  • Ensure Coil supply is adequate and delivery to RMMC is secured
  • Inventory Confirmation (inventory available for customer orders)
  • Coordinate New Graphics process with internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilize ESKO within the graphics process
     


The Other Qualifications:  

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be willing to work a 5x2 8 hour shift Monday Through Friday with possible Overtime available.
  • Required education and experience:
  • High School diploma or GED Related work experience:
  • Computer skills: Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email, Excel, and Word. Ability to learn our warehouse system and
  • other RMMC systems.
  • Responsibilities: The Supply Chain Senior Specialist must be able to:
  • Be a team player with good communication skills. Demonstrate Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple workload requirements that occur in a shift.
  • Work as a member of Warehouse team to perform all required duties in a collaborative environment to deliver quality cans to
  • the seven brewery customers.
  • Perform all functions involved in the receiving, storing, and shipping of raw materials, finished goods and scrap.
  • Support meeting or exceeding business objectives for department and plant scorecards, WCSC, and other
  • MolsonCoors and RMMC initiatives
  • Model MolsonCoors values and behavior expectations. Read, understands and adheres to all departmental guidelines and
  • procedures.
