Crafted Highlights:    

In the role of Retail Customer Service Lead working in Golden, Colorado, you will be part of the Guest Relations Team.  You will ensure an excellent shopping experience at the Coors Brewery gift shop for all guests by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining solid product knowledge of our family of brands. Responsible for maintaining the visual appearance of the store, displays, processing incoming shipments, and ensuring that adequate merchandise is available to meet the projected daily sales goals. Supporting our e-commerce operation by picking and packing of orders as well processing and preparing incoming shipments when needed. Assist leaders and supervisors with operational duties as well as functioning as manager in charge on the sales floor including overseeing and providing supervision of daily operations and providing backup for Coordinator roles.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:  

  • Provide excellent customer service by way of solid product knowledge of branded merchandise.
  • Operating the cash register accurately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual appearance of the store/displays.
  • Support our e-commerce operation. Picking/Packing
  • Assist with outside sales events
  • Heavily assists with Coordinator roles to develop and provide back-up assistance.
  • Maintain store standards through accurate ticketing, stocking of merchandise, and completion of receivers.
  • Assist in the placement and organization of merchandise on the sales floor and in stockroom.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts.
  • Loss prevention through accurate use of the cash register.
  • Assist with high level opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure safe and proper evacuation of visitors and employees.
  • Assist with the training and onboarding of new hires.
  • Honest and open communication.
  • Provide feedback and solutions to gaps in processes and procedures.

 

Key Ingredients

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, and previous customer service experience. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrate personal leadership by taking ownership of accountabilities, demonstrating integrity and adaptability, maintaining a positive attitude, and a self motivator.
  • Weekend availability and lift up to 40 lbs. Weekends are a must.
