The Headlines:   

In the role of the Quality Technician – Ends, working in Golden, CO, you will assure the highest quality product leaves the plant through diligent attention to publish quality checks and procedures. 

 

The Responsibilities:  

  • Acts as a liaison between departments to solve quality problems related to the product and process. 
  • Provide support and advisement on testing, R&D projects, product functionality parameters, equipment start up, vendor and customer support 
  • Operate data analysis and collection equipment providing summary information from line tasks, tests investigations and product testing. 
  • Daily review of all quality checks sheets and checks initiating corrective action as needed. 
  • Responsible for accurate recording and tracking of all HFI processes. Coordination of HFI disposition including sampling direction and release processes. 
  • Responsible for conducting a variety of visual inspection and line audits to assess quality risks 

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • You have a high school diploma or a GED 
  • You are at least 21 years of age 
  • As part of the recruitment process, the candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a background check. 
  • Basic knowledge of quality specifications and defects 
  • Basic understanding of Finished Goods Inventory System. Ability to HFI / Embargo and perform reporting functions. 
  • Ability to follow directions, with a desire to work safely and efficiently, with an attention to details.
  • Develop and deliver quality training to apprentices, the production team members or other personnel as required.
