Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Plant Maintenance Electrician, you will troubleshoot and repair electrical controls and instrumentation issues for can manufacturing equipment and electrical distribution. In this role, the Plant Maintenance Electrician, will complete electrical and instrumentation preventative maintenance such as set-up, adjustment, calibration, PID tuning and replacement/overhauls.

This role reports to the Equipment Specialist Maint Lead.

What You'll Be Brewing:  

  • Support can manufacture operation (CanOps) and RMMC assets (mechanical, facilities, process, etc.) as needed. 
  • Support, design and implement maintenance CBM practices and equipment with the current CBM team to predict equipment failures and provide recommendations on repairs with timelines. 
  • Collaborate with team leads, process leads and maintenance leads to reduce unplanned downtime. 
  • Uses data and root-cause problem solving to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Documents all work activated through SAP in a timely manner.
  • Electrical Craft Work: Perform set-up, adjustment, timing, troubleshooting, replacement and programming of electrical equipment with minor mechanical ability following Asset Care Methodology.  Perform O&R tasks on electrical assemblies to ensure conformance to specifications or production requirements.
  • Instrument Technician Craft Work: Perform set-up, adjustments, calibrations, ranging, PID loop control, programming and troubleshooting of controls and instrumentation equipment and measurement equipment.
  • Safety: Contributed to a safe workplace by performing all tasks in accordance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, EPA and FDA codes, policies and regulations.  Performs LOTOTO in accordance with MolsonCoors Electrical Safe Work Practices.

Key Ingredients:  

  • Advanced electrical troubleshooting.
  • Technical training certifications from MC IEC program.
  •  PLC programming ability and advanced Windows based program skills.
  • Must have high school diploma or GED.
