The Headlines:
In the role of Maintenance Lead working in Golden, CO, you will be part of Rocky Mountain Metal Container-End Plant. You will be the liaison between the Operational team and the Maintenance team.
This position reports to Manager Asset Care and works closely with Line Lead and Process Lead.
The Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in Area Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and execution of the daily plan, including reporting results of the previous 24 hours: Project Management, number of breakdowns, insights from completed PM cards maintenance log.
- Support development and lead portions of Line Daily Direction Setting, 90-Day loss-elimination plans and the annual maintenance plan
- Owns the Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling System. Lead the scheduling of maintenance work, as dictated by the annual maintenance plan and previously identified work during routine meetings, ensure the revision and updating of Maintenance Technical Documentation occurs as necessary.
- Provides leadership and oversight for development of Maintenance Strategies for the End plant equipment in a particular process area as part of a Trio
- Drives improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability that optimizes asset life cycle.
- Own the breakdown elimination DMS and drive breakthrough results in Planned and Unplanned downtime and accountable to deliver KPI-Results. Facilitates problem solving and failure investigations using the Breakdown Elimination DMS.
- Serve as a coach and resource for the area team and actively participate in Area DDS-DMS meetings and execution of the maintenance plans. Act as the liaison between the Operational team and Asset care team
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members, manage employee timekeeping, team member engagement, performance management, and other leadership responsibilities as assigned.
The Other Qualifications:
- Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives or World Class Manufacturing Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
- It is preferred that you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Plant or other Engineering degree or equivalent related experience.
- You will be experienced in asset care/maintenance and have previous work history in maintenance planning & scheduling.
- Ability to lead teams indirectly by influence and guidance to foster a collaborative culture.
- You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Job Posting Salary Range: (US/Colorado) $87,500 - $125,800
