The Headlines:

 

  • Utilize SAP EWM/ECC/APO to support all functions of daily activity.
  • Manage Daily Production Schedule: Analyze current day schedule to assure customer demand is met both daily and weekly. Analyze the detailed schedule at the SKU level to assure it satisfies demand and Warehouse ability to load. This is done daily and/or as need dictates. Focus is to balance service and cost by analyzing Distribution Center inventory levels to determine when we can maximize line performance and level production.
  • Manage Distributor orders and DC releases: Manage orders to distributors and Distribution Centers to assure the orders are scheduled on the appropriate day to facilitate loading. Handle incoming calls from Customer Service Managers and Inventory Analysts on order change requests. Frequency of activity is daily and done to balance both customer service and manufacturing costs.
  • Direct Warehouse Loading Activities: Analyze daily production schedule and packaging line performance to determine the most cost-effective way to load orders scheduled on a given day. This is done continually throughout the day to expedite loading and to minimize the amount of finished goods that must be put into inventory to minimize warehousing cost.

The Other Qualifications:

 

** POSITION AVAILABLE TO CURRENT GBBU EMPLOYEES ONLY **

  • Must be able to work night shifts.
  • BA/BS degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory management, GBBU Warehouse operations, and the Coors distribution system are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Packaging and Conditioning operations is extremely helpful.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
