Crafted Highlights:
In the role of HR Specialist, working in our Golden, Colorado Brewery (5 days onsite), you are responsible for providing support to the assigned functional client group(s) as well as HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in the form of HR process management, communications, reporting and analytical insight, calendar and program planning and coordination, employee queries and systems support. You are also responsible for ad-hoc HR project and process improvement work that will vary by customer group.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Provide HR support to Golden Valley support functions – Finance, EHS, Guest Relations, and Quality as well as hourly associates within Malting
- Provide HR Generalist support as needed to HRBPs across Manufacturing & Ops, Enabling and Commercial functions
- Support HRBP group with HR programming and process deployment
- Act as problem solver and coordinator for questions from HRBPs, employees and managers relating to pay, policies, benefits, systems and other items as needed
- Support on ADA processes as needed
- Support in highly confidential investigations as needed
- Participate during candidate interviews as needed in support of our Talent plans
- Support embedding work from HR COE teams to ensure ongoing capability building and return on investment
- Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports
- Assist in leading ad-hoc projects involving data and trend analysis and collaboration with functional groups
- Prepare visual story-telling presentations that support advancement of our HR goals with leadership teams
- Assist in maintaining report and document libraries on SharePoint site
- Coordinate and maintain tracking documents as needed for HR program and goal monitoring
- Manage recurring and ad-hoc communications with functional groups
- Support programs and manage projects that allow for continuous improvement of HR capability and efficiency
- Support HR calendar planning and execution
Key Ingredients:
- You have 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced HR function, preferably in the manufacturing space
- You have experience advising employees and leaders on HR policy and processes
- You love a challenge and lead small to medium sized projects and/or process improvement strategies/solutions
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
- You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
- You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $70,100.00 - $92,000.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
