The Headlines:
In the role of Equipment Specialist Leader working at RMMC in Golden, CO. You will lead the dayshift mechanical and electrical craft teams. This position reports to the Manger or Technical Services at RMMC. Responsibility for the training, safety, and development of direct reports within the teams you lead. The role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of all equipment withing the facility as well as proactive maintenance strategies. Working through tools in WCSC (BDE, Defect Handling, MP&S) will set the framework for the team to operate. Effective communication between teams and departments to drive a culture of ownership will be critical to success.
The Responsibilities:
- Develops team on aspect of operations, safety, and standard processes
- Ensure technicians are developing skills through Craft Tech Ladder.
- Drives accountability and quality of work within the team
- Ensures standard maintenance and labor practices are being followed
- Provides leadership for optimal functioning and reliability of can manufacturing assets and processes.
- Drives functional problem solving, innovations and process improvement of assets, processes, and technology.
- Provides support and expertise for asset management, machine availability, reliability, and performance.
- Serves as a resource to ensure the long-term sustainability of equipment reliability.
- Focuses on eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses, while identifying opportunities to reliability and performance.
The Other Qualifications
- Ability to lead in a team-based environment and Coach/Develop Individuals
- Craft maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment (Can Making Preferred)
- Minimum of five (3) years in an engineering/ maintenance leadership/ managerial position in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of asset care practices and maintenance-related systems
- Root Cause/Problem Solving skills to analyze technical data and recognize trends that adversely impact equipment reliability
- Knowledge of WCSC 2.0
- Working knowledge of SAP, Office Tools, Project.
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- BS in Engineering or related technical degree or advanced degree in Business Management, Project Management or Engineering, preferred

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $93,800.00 - $123,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
