Crafted Highlights:
As the Environment Health and Safety Specialist (In-Person) in Golden, CO – Rocky Mountain Metal Container (RMMC), you will support, coordinate and coach operational teams/leaders on Health and Safety principles at Rocky Mountain Metal Company to ensure the facilities’ safety education, enforcement, and behaviors, and ensure the EHS Program meets/ exceeds the Molson Coors Beverage Company EHS Standards.
This position reports to Manager Health Safety Environmental.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the EHS Pillar and World Class Supply Chain 2.0 activities for the site
- Support and coach the facilities’ teams and help define employee ownership for all EHS activities
- Support, maintain and analyze accurate EHS KPI’s (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Actively engage with leadership and Rocky Mountain Metal Company employees at workstations and be present on production floor
Key Ingredients:
- Minimum of 3-5 years broad experience with a high level of responsibility for Health, Safety and Environment in a manufacturing, distribution and/or logistics environment.
- Post-Secondary Education in Health, Safety & Environment or a related field is preferred
- Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of OSHA regulations and other applicable industry standards.
- Experience leading, managing and analyzing new processes, and machinery for potential safety concerns and conduct job hazard and job safety analyses.
- Ability to assess and propose solutions for hazard elimination and work practice improvements.
- Preferred: GSP, ASP, or CSP certification would be considered an asset. Valid First Aid and CPR certificate would be considered an asset and working knowledge of JDE, SAP, SAP SRM
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present information data and propose solutions based on identified gaps

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $80,300.00 - $105,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
