In the role of Technical Pillar Engineer working in Fort Worth, TX You will play a vital role in the execution and sustainment of Molson Coors’ manufacturing reliability strategy within the Integrated Work Systems (Supply Chain) framework. This position supports both Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) pillars by leading technical initiatives that extend equipment life, eliminate breakdowns, reduce cost, and improve system performance.

 

The role acts as a key integrator between technical standards, shop-floor capability, and digital maintenance systems to support IWS (Integrated Work Systems) Phase 2 and beyond, ensuring alignment with corporate reliability goals and driving measurable improvements across North American operations.

 

This position reports to World Class Supply Chain Technical Director. The Technical Pillar Engineer will work closely with site departments to help deploy tools, train teams and ensure data driven decisions underpin maintenance strategies.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Support Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) systems through hands-on technical work and coaching.
  • Lead projects aligned with the network storeroom strategy using Initiative Management (IM) methodology.
  • Collaborate on inventory audits and continuous improvement efforts across sites.
  • Track and analyze breakdowns, chronic losses, and work order accuracy to identify and prioritize reliability focus areas.
  • Develop visual standards, SOPs, and component-level documentation to support equipment ownership.
  • Participate in IWS pillar workshops and training to build technical fluency.
  • Serve as a component-level expert (e.g., fasteners, drives) and help develop corporate standards and training content in partnership with the Education & Technology (E&T) pillar.  

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Field (Chemical, Electrical, Industrial) OR equivalent experience (5-7+ years) in the field of manufacturing engineering
  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Technical depth in equipment reliability and maintenance.
  • Subject matter expertise in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) pillars.
  • Experience deploying and auditing standard work processes using a holistic integrated approach such as TPM (total productive maintenance) or IWS (integrated Work Systems).
  • Strong process discipline and execution rigor.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong partnerships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and digital maintenance systems.
  • IWS technical mastery with demonstrated ability to assess gaps and coach pillar tools, including understanding the purpose and intent of each pillar with practical experience.
  • Established understanding and network within corporate technical communities and brewery operations.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues in simple, clear terms for diverse stakeholders.
  • Recognized leadership skills with proven capability in training, coaching, and professional development; acts as a role model for others.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $94,600.00 - $124,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
