In the role of Process Leader working in Fort Worth, TX you will be part of the Brewing Department in Brewery Operations. You will have shared responsibility for the performance of an area, working in close collaboration with brewery management.  You will develop the operating teams’ capability and technical understanding and mastery of process control through data collection and loss analysis.  

  

You will lead the development and implementation of operational reliability and performance improvements in process, people, asset reliability and optimization. You will be accountable for integrity of data systems and loss elimination opportunities to deliver overall brew line results supporting the compelling business need.  

 

This position reports to the Unit Manager - Brewing and works closely with brewing operational teams. 

 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:    

  • Ensures processes are safe, functional and validated to perform at their design capability and inherent reliability  
  • Plans and coordinates new brewing product trials and brewery and capital projects. 
  • Improves the supply chain operation through process optimization, asset improvement, and new technology utilizing the techniques of problem solving and continuous improvement  
  • Supports team performance and creates a culture of employee engagement  
  • Responsible for the escalation of systemic / strategic issues / recommendations

 

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment 
  • Six sigma certification preferred
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives  
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities  
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome    
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $72,500.00 - $95,100.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
