Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Optimization Engineer – Utilities working at our Brewery in Fort Worth, Texas, you will manage the site Process Safety Management (PSM) program along with the development and implementation of energy management and usage reduction strategies. You will lead the development and administration of comprehensive process safety and risk management programs including process hazard analysis and management of change to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
You will improve the supply chain operation through process optimization, asset improvement, and new technology utilizing the techniques of problem solving and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Leads the development and administration of a comprehensive process safety and risk management program.
- Performs technical reviews of utilities operations.
- Ensures that process safety related standard maintenance procedures (SMPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), engineering standards and guidelines are developed, reviewed and updated as needed.
- Ensures adequate hazard identification and risk assessment procedures are in place and solutions at the system level.
- Work with vendors to resolve utilities issues.
- Take part in brewery and corporate optimization trials, providing advice, assistance and guidance where required.
- Analyzes utilities performance data to identify opportunities for performance improvement and initiating opportunity evaluation.
- Analyzes failure modes and investigates causes for repeat failures to identify and correct root causes.
- Ensures that all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and housekeeping tasks are carried out, and 5S principles are applied.
- Assists in educating employees and ensuring compliance with process safety management.
Key Ingredients:
- Five plus years in an engineering or maintenance position in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of asset care and maintenance.
- Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
- Experience managing budgets and planning.
- You will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $92,100.00 - $120,900.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
