The Headlines:   

In the role of Manager, HR Business Partner working in Fort Worth, TX you will be part of the Fort Worth Brewery HR team.  You will report to the on-site Sr. HR Manager.  This person will deliver HR strategies and services within their assigned manufacturing functions to effectively build the organizational capability required to achieve business goals. This person provides thought leadership in the development of organizational capability through effective change management, talent management, employee relationship management and performance management.  

 

This position reports to Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner and works closely with the Department leaders, front line supervisors, and team members within assigned functions to support the business strategy. 

 

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Act as strategic partner by working collaboratively, developing organizational capability, utilizing data and insights, and providing thought leadership to client groups. 
  • Influence people practices within client groups and across senior leaders to deliver business results and grow talent.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and HR centers of excellence to translate business needs into HR priorities. Provide primary business partnering/ consulting to functional leader(s) to drive optimal decision-making to improve business results. 
  • Promote positive employee relations and engagement by being a leader in diversity, equity and inclusion and developing strategies to foster engagement.
  • Lead and ensure full use of integrated people management processes to grow talent and drive performance.
  • Be a change steward and ensure precise execution of employee change management initiatives.
  • Execute operational aspects of people management, utilizing knowledge of policies to coach leadership and employees and provide employee relations support and guidance. 

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.  Union experience or a Master’s Degree in Labor Relations is preferred. 
  • You have prior experience working in manufacturing.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various operational demands that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy. 
  • You are adaptable – you can provide strategic guidance as well as roll up your sleeves and do day-to-day operational activities.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome. 
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
