The Headlines:   

In the role of Brewing Inventory Analyst working in Fort Worth, TX you will be part of the brewery operations team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining inventory for Brewing Operations to meet Supply Chain demand while optimizing overall brewery throughput.  

  

This position reports to the Brewing Unit Manager and works closely with the Brewing Operational Teams. 

 

The Responsibilities:  

  • Orders direct and indirect materials and maintains an accurate inventory of same for material on site and at off-site locations.  Organizes physical inventory as needed.
  • Complete weekly inventories of FMB materials, Hops, Chemicals, syrups, malt, etc. on determined regular schedule.  Monitors consumption to ensure equipment and processes operate within expected parameters.
  • Trains team members on inventory processes for each are for physical material / location and proper documentation in MCMS and SAP systems.
  •  Daily, weekly, monthly reconciliation of materials in SAP & MCMS, along with data clean up. 
  • Investigation of process loss issues and partnering to identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Quarterly wall to wall inventory.

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • Possess a proven record of accomplishment of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment 
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives  
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy   
  • You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.   
  • You have previous Inventory Management or brewing operations experience.  
  • We prefer you have an associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or like field.  
  • Your experience will include a minimum of three (3) year experience in production planning/scheduling and preferably experience with linear programming and data warehouse reporting
