The Headlines:
In the role of Asset Care Planner working in Fort Worth, Texas you will be part of the Utilities team in our Fort Worth brewery. You will be responsible for contributing to a world class maintenance program by utilizing Reliability Centered Maintenance methodologies to effectively manage maintenance planning and scheduling in the Fort Worth Brewery while optimizing resources, time, and material to execute tasks. This position reports to the Unit Manager - Utilities.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop maintenance plans for corrective, preventive, and predictive work. Plans must include safety information, job steps, parts, special tools required, and estimated work duration.
- Perform on-the-floor planning of mechanical and electrical maintenance work. This includes contacting vendors for parts and contractors for outsourced work.
- Organize and stage job kits that include all required materials for planned work.
- Develop a weekly work schedule for crafts, operators, and contractors which aligns with production schedules and maintenance windows.
- Coordinate maintenance windows with production team to ensure work schedule can be executed without interrupting production.
- Supervise execution of maintenance work and provide feedback to team on what was done well and what can be improved.
- Maintain an accurate backlog of preventive, predictive, statutory, and condition-based tasks for operators, electricians, mechanics, and contractors.
- Maintain and improve the functionality of maintenance planning and scheduling systems.
- Maintain and update the maintenance technical documentation library.
- Develop standard operating procedures, job aids, and work instructions to standardize work execution.
- Drive improvement of maintenance program by utilizing feedback from production and crafts to update maintenance plans.
- Support development and lead portions of daily direction setting, 90-day loss-elimination plans, and maintenance strategy.
- Manage maintenance cost to optimize process effectiveness.
- Support and assist in the implementation of asset management initiatives.
- Facilitate and support failure investigations and the problem-solving process.
- Participate in safe work program by issuing permits and auditing lockouts.
The Other Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, ideally mechanical, electrical, plant engineering and/or 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or engineering.
- Experience working with vendors to identify and source mechanical and electrical machine components. Ability to communicate with process leaders and crafts to identify required parts and tools.
- Proficient in the use of a CMMS system for maintenance planning & scheduling. Experience with the use of SAP PM and MM modules is an asset.
- A background in a unionized industrial manufacturing environment.
- Both technically strong and people oriented, you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you are a strong team player.
- You can work successfully and independently and adapt as necessary in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures.
- Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $71,000.00 - $93,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
