Crafted Highlights:
This role leads manufacturing sites in the implementation and execution of World Class Supply Chain processes, focusing on achieving the cultural transformation necessary to meet annual operating measures and phase progression goals. It serves as the liaison with broader supply chain corporate functions to ensure successful delivery of supply chain transformation projects, managing change forecasts impacting the site (e.g., Capex, NPI, Opex, digital). Acting as an internal consultant, this role influences all levels of the organization (from leadership team to shop-floor) through strategic planning, capability building, effective communication, and rewards and recognition.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Develop the site population’s capability to implement BN through WCSC loss elimination, aiming to reach the next phase of WCSC. (30%)
- Develops the site population’s capability to achieve CBN (business results) through WCSC loss elimination.
- Leads the site in progressing to the next WCSC phase, with a forward-looking focus on the next 6-18 months.
- Acts as the RTT site owner, ensuring the sustainment of WCSC processes.
- Owns the site change management strategy under IM Pillar to include the advancement of expertise in WCSC foundational elements and pillars. (30%)
- Oversees and facilitates change management at the brewery, working closely with brewery leadership, quad teams, and corporate partners.
- Enhances and maintains the brewery’s capability to manage change effectively.
- Provides strategic guidance to nurture a culture that embraces and adapts to change.
- Facilitates communication and collaboration between the department managers, and L4 to ensure agile and efficient decision-making, enhancing the team’s ability to respond quickly to changes.
- Serves as an internal consultant to the brewery VP and leadership team to lead the planning strategy cycle for the site to set priorities using a zero-loss journey to create an annual master plan for execution. (30%)
- Leads the annual planning strategy cycle for the site to set priorities via leadership masterplan
- Owns site level contingency planning efforts, ensuring robust strategies are in place to address potential disruptions.
- Owns waste reduction targets, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Standardizes processes and maintains a strategic, system-wide approach as the gatekeeper across all departments, driving collaboration and supporting the transition to BVP.
- Promotes, communicates, and educates on WCSC principles and practices across the site. (10%)
- This role is accountable for both defining and executing strategies using the pillars.
- Requires advanced technical expertise in the LDR, ORG, and AM pillars, along with foundational skills in the remaining pillars.
- Acts as a mentor and coach, providing support and guidance to team members and pillar leads to help them master the WCSC principles.
- This role oversees 1-2 direct reports (Manufacturing Associates) participating in the Manufacturing Rotational Program, fostering the development of the next generation of leaders under the principles of WCSC.
Key Ingredients:
- You have 10+ years experience within a manufacturing operations, engineering or World Class Supply Chain environment.
- Demonstrates strategic thought leadership and credibility.
- Effectively manages stakeholder relationships.
- Fosters collaboration and agreement among team members.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, including assertiveness, supportiveness, confrontation, listening, facilitation, and situational appraisal.
- Possesses WCSC technical mastery with the ability to assess gaps and coach on WCSC pillar tools.
- Has a deep understanding of and access to resources within corporate technical communities and the brewery network.
- Communicates complex and technical issues in simple terms, ensuring understanding across a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Acts as a role model with recognized leadership skills, excelling in training, coaching, and professional development.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in IM, LDR, ORG, and AM pillars, with foundational skills in the remaining pillars.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $95,500.00 - $125,400.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
