In the role ofWarehouse-Line Lead working in Elkton, VA ou will be part of the Warehouse team at the Shenandoah Brewery. You will lead, coach and motivate an operational team to ensure high quality products are produced safely and cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of a process or system. Leverages Molson Coors World Class Supply Chain 2.0 principles and best work practices. 

 

 

This position reports to Sr Mgr Customer SErvice and Supply 

 

 

What Youll be Brewing: 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 40 talented colleagues,and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on oneconversations 
  • Leads safety culture initiatives through support and participation. 
  • Ensures team understands and adheres to the operational, quality and process standards (i.e. SOP’s, maintenance schedules and performance targets including V-curve and material usage standards). 
  • Manages and maintains budget standards (e.g. labor, materials and product) and develops new methods for continuously improving on these standards. 

 

 

 

 

Key Ingredients:

  • BS or BA in Business, Logistics or related field or equivalent experience. 
  • Knowledge and demonstrated capability of SAP. 
  • Awareness of OSHA regulations, GMP, State Agricultural practices/policies, TTB regulations, plant safety regulations, FDA guidelines for food plant operations and environmental regulations regarding manufacturing brewery operations. 
  • Experience with operation of high-speed packaging equipment, including awareness of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) routines and practices.  
  • You have 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing/operations supervisor 
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $82,300.00 - $108,000.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
