The Headlines:   

In the role of Seasonal Merchandiser working in Denver, CO you will be part of Merchandising Team.  This role is responsible for thoroughly servicing accounts through proper restocking and rotation of products in coolers, shelves, displays, and back stock areas. The Merchandiser supports the Sales Team in building and maintaining relationships with customers, building displays, performing planner changes, and adhering to CDC/ retail partner's merchandising standards.

 

Building and maintaining relationships with store owners/management, CDC Sales Representatives and Delivery Drivers, external stakeholders, and CDC Supervisors through clear communication and approachable attitude. Able to problem solve real time.

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Services accounts by working/organizing back stock, building/maintaining displays, rotating products, working deliveries, resetting cooler shelves, installing cooler wraps, installing window signage. Ensure Company quality standards and practices are followed. 
  • Manage time effectively to complete daily work requirements such as, but not limited to, stocking, rotating, using Company apps, clear communication.
  • Maintaining vehicle for efficient use in the trade. Abiding by federal, state, and local regulations including Molson Coors/CDC policies and procedures including safety and quality practices.

 

The Other Qualifications:  

  • You have a completed high school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
