Crafted Highlights:
The Procurement Coordinator specializes in purchasing equipment, materials, products, services and supplies. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Procurement Manager and requires the preparation and review of purchase requests, the receipt of bids or quotations, and the verification of bills, invoices and goods against purchase requests. The Procurement Coordinator will work with a variety of departments and staff on a regular basis.

This position reports to the Procurement Manager.

What You'll Be Brewing:  

  1. Procurement Support (60%)
    • Receives, examines and processes requisitions; prepares documents related to the purchase of supplies, materials and equipment; locates source of supply, and confirms orders with appropriate vendor(s).
    • Reviews contract renewals and submits proposals for bids, ensuring consistency with company guidelines.
    • Updates product/SKU forecasts and submits purchase orders for various suppliers.
    • Compares costs and evaluates the quality and suitability of supplies, materials and equipment.
    • Expeditiously handles all department requests.
    • Follow up/review work queue for all credit card purchases.
    • Balance and submits company credit card statement weekly to A/P.
    • Develops process for tracking office supplies, hospitality room supplies and copier/printer supplies.
    • Works with and assists all CDC departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.

 

  1. Vendor Management/Customer Service (30%)
    • Build and maintain catalogs and preferred vendor lists in Procurement purchasing system.
    • Continuously researches new vendors to ensure best price, and best service.
    • Assists in the training of personnel on Procurement software.

 

  1. Procurement Analytics (10%)
    • Analyze purchasing trends to determine benefits to CDC and run any specialized reports as needed.

  2. Other
    • Ensure Material Safety Data Sheets are current for all required products in G&A Department
    • Other duties as assigned
       

Key Ingredients:  

  • GED or High School diploma required
  • 2 years working in a purchasing/buying environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of methods for analyzing supplies and materials and some knowledge of bookkeeping principles and methods preferred.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all CDC Departments.
  • Knowledge of basic computer operation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $56,600.00 - $74,200.00 (posting salary range) + 5target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
