Crafted Highlights:

In the role of POS Warehouse Specialist, you will be part of the Sales and Marketing Operations team. You will be responsible for managing inventory, branded merchandise, and point-of-sale (POS) assets within the POS Warehouse while supporting sales initiatives, marketing activations, supplier partnerships, and special events. This position plays a critical role in ensuring assets are organized, tracked, distributed, and maintained to support business objectives and brand execution.

This position reports to the POS Warehouse Supervisor and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Procurement, Accounting, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

 

What You'll Be Brewing:

  • Manage inventory, organization, rotation, and tracking of POS materials, branded merchandise, display assets, and non-beer resale items.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation and accountability for all warehouse assets.
  • Support the daily operation of the POS Warehouse, including inventory control, receiving, storage, customer service, and warehouse maintenance.
  • Provide service and support to sales, merchandising, and marketing teams, as well as supplier partners utilizing warehouse assets and materials.
  • Coordinate inbound shipments, receive deliveries, identify discrepancies, and support procurement and accounting processes related to inventory receipts.
  • Manage the staging, distribution, collection, inspection, and storage of assets supporting events, sponsorships, and marketing activations.
  • Partner with Brand Managers and Marketing teams to support promotional programs, POS allocation strategies, display enhancer tracking, and consumer prize fulfillment.
  • Assist with planning and execution of promotions, kit building, product sampling support, and sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental health and safety standards, and applicable liquor laws related to the distribution of marketing materials.
  • Support logistics for company events and other special projects as assigned.

Key Ingredients:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, or a related field required.
  • Forklift operation is required; previous certification or experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of accountability, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage warehouse operations with limited supervision.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Proficiency with inventory tracking systems and standard business software preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Work primarily in a warehouse environment supporting inventory, storage, and fulfillment operations.
  • Required to wear steel-toed footwear and operate warehouse equipment, including order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts.
  • Frequent interaction with internal customers, suppliers, and warehouse visitors.
  • May support occasional evening or weekend events based on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout a warehouse environment.
  • Regularly lift, move, receive, and organize materials and merchandise weighing 30 pounds or more.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment and handle inventory in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $38,700.00 - $50,800.00 (posting salary range) + 5target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
