The Headlines:

 

In the role of Learning Architect working in Denver, Colorado you will be making a global impact, supporting the Information Technology (IT) and Legal teams.

 

The Responsibilities:

As a Global Learning Architect, you will:

  • Partner with global learning leads and IT leadership to verify needs analysis and scope program intent and scope
  • Consult with global stakeholders, SMEs, and employees to design impactful learning interventions
  • Integrate and embed Molson Coors Living Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives into all learning programs, resources and tools
  • Create and lead the development of global materials (i.e. facilitator guides, participant materials, eLearning courses, video learning, reference materials, etc.) and embed Mindset, Toolset, and Skillset in all learning programs and resources
  • Evaluate program effectiveness by designing and deploying evaluation measures on participation program reaction, level of learning impact, and level of behavior change, along with conducting formal after-action projects reviews
  • Actively participate in a global Center of Excellence and work within it to find synergies
  • Facilitate general employee sessions (i.e. onboarding) as needed

 

As a Learning Architect, you bring:

  • L&D Expertise
    • Evolving understanding of L&D methods and processes that enable an advisor to recommend the best-fit solution for the learning need and effectively manage the learning experience.
  • Business Expertise
    • Knowledge and analysis of the organization, goals, operating environment, and practices of the business that enables an advisor to judge the learning needs and behaviors that impact performance.
  • Advisory Capability
    • Communication and influence capabilities to proactively advocate for best-fit learning solutions and marshal needed support from internal stakeholders.
  • Leadership and D&I Expertise
    • Champion of Molson Coors’ Living Leadership principles and Diversity and Inclusion strategy, to ensure all learning developed by the Center of Excellence embeds these principles

 

The Other Qualifications:  

  • You have a bachelor’s degree.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • You have an investigative mindset and natural sense of curiosity. It’s important to you to approach your work with continuous improvement and a growth mindset.
  • You have strong skills in project and stakeholder management with a consultative approach in everything you do.
  • You have worked in a highly complex global environment.
