Crafted Highlights:
The Inbound and Receiving Supervisor is responsible for the Leadership and Development of all direct reports to ensure quality and efficient completion of tasks within each job function. The Inbound supervisor is also responsible for working cross functionally with other departments within CDC to develop and sustain receiving, inventory and material handling processes.
This role reports to the Warehouse Manager.
What You'll Be Brewing:
Performance & Talent Management (40%)
- Responsible for all people management-related processes, including staffing, performance management and discipline, time system management, communications/team meetings, etc. for the assigned team
- Must have daily team meetings and monthly 1x1’s around goals and current performance.
- Communicate changes to company policies and procedures
- Document coaching conversations, performance or behavioral issues, attendance concerns, etc.
- Provide feedback and coaching to individuals on career paths, opportunities within and how they can continue to build capability and skills to achieve their personal goals
Inbound/Receiving Strategy (30%)
- Responsible for developing and executing Inbound Key Performance Indicators
- Responsible for managing Labor and OT budgets for direct reports
- Responsible for managing assigned P&L
- Effectively manage the daily schedule for deliveries to CDC
- Manage the Inbound Receiving Process and Outbound Dunnage Return Process
- Responsible for ensuring inbound appointments are tracked to reduce detention fees
- Manage floor space and safe working zones/behaviors with ongoing facility construction.
Compliance & Safety Leadership (20%)
- Lead safe behaviors by leading by example, sharing “all injuries are preventable” philosophies, and identifying risky behaviors while performing task observations with individuals on team. Address unsafe behaviors and utilize performance management tools to coach, correct, and manage.
- Address patterns, trends and multiple occurrences through use of corrective action process
- Identify process improvements to ensure the safety of employees while managing budget
- Investigate incidents and complete GovernIT tasks in a timely fashion.
Quality Management (10%)
- Entry and tracking of data for efficiency/accuracy reporting
- Ensure all inbound load temps are properly documented
- Consistently hold individuals accountable for performance concerns with non-rotated beer, old beer and/or breakage, incorrect inventory movements/receipts.
- Communicate expectations and provide coaching when issues arise and additional training is required.

Key Ingredients:
- Position requires a high school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Business Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience
- Position requires 1-4 years of prior leadership experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Must possess the ability to solve problems without guidance, in a fast-paced environment
- Must be proficient in basic computer skills (Windows office); previous experience with VIP preferred
- Employee must able to repeatedly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally handle kegs weighing up to 165 pounds.
- Physical presence within CDC. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and/or walk in a warehouse environment, which includes refrigerated space.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,300.00 - $109,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
