Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Commercial Development Manager working in Dallas, TX, you will be part of the South Central Region Sales team. You will be responsible for facilitating, guiding, and providing stewardship of the Molson Coors planning process from National to specific distributor focused initiatives and the Molson Coors Brand-Package portfolio. You will possess a robust ability to challenge our operations peers in sales and supply chain to deliver against our Sales Forecast, Deliver Volume Growth, and ability to reduce out of stocks to improve and accelerate the sales process.

 

This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:  

  • Responsible for region-level business reviews, goal tracking, and reporting
  • Be a key stakeholder in driving national, regional, and local initiatives
  • Provide support and guidance to the region sales team on Molson Coors’ commercial strategy and tools
  • Act as the subject matter expert on our portfolio and brand initiatives for the region sales team
  • Work alongside the team to conduct analysis for the region regarding: 
    • Brand / Packaging Initiatives 
    • Chain Programs 
    • Finance & Marketing Campaigns  
  • Lead the cross-functional relationship between the region and corporate commercial planning teams to drive meaningful solutions
  • Point of contact for quality initiatives; i.e. quality audits, Presidents Award, distributor performance indicators
  • Leverage our data and interpret the numbers, don’t just report them. Derive action and recommend changes or challenge the teams to ensure volume objectives are achieved. 

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience
  • You have 3+ experience in sales, sales operations, commercial planning or similar
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,100.00 - $143,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
