The Headlines:

In the role of Tour & Hospitality Supervisor – Chippewa Falls working in Chippewa Falls, WI you will be part of the Leinie Lodge Leadership Team. You will develop and lead the Tour & Hospitality Team to deliver a premier and unique tourism experience Chippewa Falls. This position will manage tour operations, financial profitability, general labor budget targets as well as EH&S Safety protocols for both team and guests. You will provide excellent customer service and communication training, mentoring and staff management ensuring all team members provide Molson Coors Beverage Company (MCBC) guests with a customer focused, Leinenkugel’s branded, beer-centric experience. A successful supervisor will partner with the Leinie Lodge Leadership team to develop and implement event & tour experiences that are collaboratively and seamlessly executed in a professional manner while driving an elevated customer experience with attention to detail. The Tour & Hospitality Supervisor will have overall responsibility to monitor and report on customer traffic, feedback and engagement via in-house tour analytics data.

This position reports to the Leinie Lodge Manager – Chippewa Falls and works closely with the Leinie Lodge Leadership team, as well as various other internal and external stakeholders.

The Responsibilities:

· You will recruit, onboard and manage the Hospitality team to deliver a fun and engaging experience, as well as maintain oversight and accountability of the training & certify all new team members

· You will lead and develop team members to deliver solutions for an elevated customer experience consistent with Guest Relations policies, procedure guidelines by organizing feedback, insights and traffic/revenue data

· You will oversee Guest Relations, new hire safety and security training - to ensure safety is a priority for all staff and guests entering Chippewa Falls facilities

· Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues and support their growth and development through consistent conversations and recognition

· You will ensure impact through leadership and communicating clearly. Applies interpersonal relationship, support and advocacy skills to ensure effective communication across the team and business

· You will feedback and hold team accountable for all performance management outputs and commitments as set by business

Job Posting Salary Range: $60,900.00-$80,000
