Crafted Highlights: 

In the role of Leinie Lodge Manager working on our Chippewa Falls Campus you will be part of the Great Lakes Region Sales Team. In this role you will lead the team responsible for the full Chippewa Falls-based Leinie Lodge and guest relations operation, including our tour operations, retail sales, warehouse, beer sales and bar, hospitality, events, and branded merch e-commerce teams.

 

This position reports to the President, Leinenkugel Brewing Co. and works closely with the broader communications, corporate affairs, operations, finance and commercial teams with Leinenkugel Brewing Company and Molson Coors.

 
 
What You'll Be Brewing 
  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
  • Strategic oversight of all Leinie Lodge operations, primarily overall success and efficiency of the visitor experience.
  • Strategic oversight to ensure tour team delivers experience to ultimately grow our consumer traffic and base and increase beer sales- including management of Tour and Hospitality Supervisor.
  • Strategic oversight of hospitality & special events - including management of Marketing and Events Coordinator.
  • Oversight on increased visitor traffic and engagement, tracking of hospitality event data used to bolster strategic approach.
  • Leadership of retail sales, including branded merchandise (on-site gift shop and e-commerce sales across shop.Leinie.com) and Leinie Lodge beer sales. Qualified candidate must have a demonstrated understanding and track record of success in driving revenue-generating strategies to increase and manage retail sales.
  • Ongoing partnership with marketing teams to create branded merchandise collections and maximize impact of shorter-run retail activations, tied to marketing initiatives and distributor partnerships.
  • Ensures impact through influencing others, leading people and communicating clearly.
  • Applies interpersonal relationship, support and advocacy skills with a diverse base of stakeholders to ensure effective communication across the business and within the division.
 
Key Ingredients:

  • You have at least 8 years experience in team management, retail sales management, and budget oversight or related areas. E-commerce experience is a plus

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $97,400.00 - $127,900.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
