Crafted Highlights:
This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Non-Alc marketing and affiliate strategies that align with organizational commercial and category goals. Primary responsibilities include customer merchandising and promotional planning, campaign optimizations, budget management, performance reporting and agency relationship management. In addition, the role will directly oversee the development, execution and community management of the eCommerce affiliate program and investments.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Planning and development of customer marketing strategy, investment mix and annual budgets in support of organizational commercial and category goals
- Regular optimization of customer investment plans through data-driven decisions and media technologies
- Support the planning and coordination of retail campaigns with affiliate partners, including scheduling promotions, setting expectations, and ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives
- Managing the relationships, communication and negotiation of marketing placements between affiliate partners and agency teams
- Management of customer budgets including forecasting, securing placement, tracking and actualization of all planned campaigns
- Analyze and report out on paid and promotional performance, communicating results, learnings and actionable next steps to cross-functional partners and leadership
- Tracking and actualizing of paid, promotional and affiliate spend in coordination with finance and other cross functional partners and agencies
Key Ingredients:
- 3 – 5 years of industry experience
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Strong background in eCommerce customer merchandising and affiliate planning and execution
- Extensive Performance Media experience is required including hands-on experience with Amazon search and DSP and a strong understanding of Amazon's algorithm and ranking factors.
- Previous experience planning, negotiating and coordinating affiliate campaigns focused on driving high converting traffic to Amazon and other online retail partners
- Background in aligning media strategy and investment to category objectives
- Ability to perform data analysis focused on improving campaign efficiency, understanding market trends, and monitoring competitive segments
- Effectively communicate media performance to internal stakeholders and leadership team
- Previous experience working in eCommerce platforms like Amazon Advertising, Amazon Vendor Central, Stackline, Pacvue and Profitero

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $107,000.00 - $140,400.00 (posting salary range) + 20% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
