Headlines:

As Senior Manager, Product Solution Owner, B2B and B2B2C eCommerce, you’ll be based in Chicago, IL, as part of the Commercial Technology Team. In this role, you will act as a Product Manager for our B2B and B2B2C products. You will report directly to the Sr. Director, Product Solution Owner - Commercial Technology and your main responsibilities will include:

  • Driving eCommerce Growth: Implement top-notch eCommerce solutions to boost Molson Coors' growth.
  • Connecting Business and IT: Act as a bridge between business needs and IT capabilities.
  • Leading Product Strategies: Develop strategies and lead scrum teams for our eCommerce products.
  • Collaborating: Work closely with the Americas Commercial Accelerator and IT Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Roadmap: Create and manage a 3-year roadmap for B2B and B2B2C products, guiding your team to meet key objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with Sales and Americas Commercial Accelerator Teams to align with their eCommerce strategies.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with senior executives and technical teams to drive results.
  • Defining Requirements: Convert business needs into technical requirements for architecture and development teams.
  • Budget Management: Oversee your product budget and make necessary trade-offs.
  • SaaS Solutions: Evaluate, implement, and manage third-party SaaS solutions to meet business, security, architecture, and legal standards.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with RAS vendors for smooth solution integration.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and data privacy regulations.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance customer journeys and user experiences by gathering feedback and identifying improvements.

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in eCommerce technology or IT
  • 5-8 years of eCommerce experience and 3+ years in Agile methodology
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2B2C eCommerce platforms (ERP systems, CRM tools, supply chain management)
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on creating value and driving growth
  • Ability to complete complex projects quickly, understanding business priorities
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, trend identification, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • Accountability for results, integrity, and honoring commitments
  • Thirst for learning and continuous improvement
