The Sr. Mgr Product Solution Owner – Revenue Growth Management (RGM) serves as the Product Manager for Revenue Growth Management capabilities, inclusive of pricing promotion and trade promotion solutions to drive volume growth across beverage categories. This role leads an agile, cross-functional product team to design, enhance, and sustain RGM solutions that support the enterprise’s commercial strategy. The position is accountable for maximizing enterprise value be enabling and improving systems, processes, and data assets within the RGM domain. As part of the Commercial IT organization, this role acts as the primary technology partner to the business-serving as the “face of IT” to stakeholders, a strong customer advocate, and a critical link between business objectives and technology strategy. Product owners lead an agile and cross-functional product team to maintain, enhance, and direct development and delivery of a product and/or feature.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Lead cross-functional product teams using agile methodologies to drive the design, development, and delivery of RGM solutions, demonstrating strong customer and business understanding
- Deliver and scale RGM-specific solutions while informing and supporting the rationalization of RGM tools and platforms
- Support change management and user adoption of delivered solutions, executing initiatives rapidly while aligning to business priorities
- Own and manage the product backlog, continuously prioritizing work under fixed timelines; lead end-to-end product development including design, testing, UAT, and deployment
- Define and evolve 'definition of ready' criteria to qualify MVPs ; design and optimize business processes architecture(s), partnering with business and IT stakeholders
Key Ingredients:
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in eCommerce Business or IT
- 5+ years of Product Management, Product Development, Business Strategy
- Previous experience in a business partnering role or product leadership role
- Experience delivering technology solutions including business-specific and enterprise applications in alignment with business objectives
- Experience leading cross-functional product teams in the Manufacturing or Consumer Products industry
- Experience implementing and utilizing agile methodologies for development in a technology organization
- Accountability for results, integrity, and honoring commitments

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $129,900.00 - $170,500.00 (posting salary range) + 20% target short term incentive + target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
