In the role of Sr Dir Product Solution Owner - Comm working in Chicago, IL you will be part of the Information Technology team. The Sr. Dir Product Solution Owner - Commercial acts as the Product Manager (PM). This role has a larger product line below them with several PO's (Sr. Mgrs). This role is accountable for end-to-end business outcomes of a respective product set (commercial) from conceptualization through delivery and value tracking. The Product Manager will translate the vision and strategy of their functional area senior executives into the vision, strategy and related key results for their product line. 

 

This position reports to the VP Commercial Portfolio Owner and will provide direction to a team of more junior product managers, product owners, solution architects, developers, UX designers and change teams to to deliver the strategy and needed business results from the digital product line. This extends beyond pure implementation to holistic plans for adoption and re-imagination of the business area to which they are assigned. 

 

What You’ll be Brewing:

  • Leads development of product strategy, KPIs and roadmap planning and monitors progress against business objectives and metrics ; owns a backlog across a product porfolio, managing the identification and prioritzation of product features.
  • Collaborates with business executives and platform leads to define a product-line roadmap aligned to business strategy and meet architectural standards. Comprehensive understanding of the business area, including desired outcomes, strategic expectations, volume/profit goals, customer needs. 
  • Facilitates strategic conversations to ensure roadmap with product line epics and features is algined to outcomes aligned to successful strategy.

Key Ingredients: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT and an MBA is preferred
  • Agile (SAFe or Other) Certification
  • You have at least 10+ years' experience in Product Management, Product Development, Business Strategy
  • 7+ years managing complex projects and leading cross-functional product teams in the Manufacturing or Consumer Products industry              
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings$171,700.00 - $225,400.00 (posting salary range) + 30target short term incentive +  target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
