The Headlines

 

In the role of Shopper Marketing Manager - Non-Alc, you will report to the Director of Marketing Activation - Non-Alc and manage a team of Associate Marketing Managers and be part of the Non-Alc Marketing Activation team. You will provide thought leadership and project management focused on connecting Molson Coors Non-Alc brands to shoppers through the development of omni-channel solutions. Your team’s responsibility is to lead the creation of retail solutions that drive value and sales for our customers, our distributors, and our company.

 

Job Summary

 

  • Own the execution of the Non-Alc channel(s) strategy, ensuring its strategic alignment across channel and brand teams, and its socialization across sales and marketing teams. Collaborate with Brand Marketers along with Category, Shopper and Consumer Insights teams to gain deep understanding of brand identity and current category and shopper trends across channels.

 

  • Manage the overall shopper marketing budget and determine the appropriate channel and class of trade dollars and agency hours and ensure the deliberate management and reporting of dollar spend and usage of agency hours. Partner with the Senior Manager Customer Marketing to drive efficiencies and balance retailer, brand, and channel needs in national & customer specific solutions

 

  • Lead the Associate Marketing Managers in the development of shopper solutions through an understanding of brand strategies and their link to channel/class of trade strategies. Responsible for gathering and acgting on feedback from sales and brand teams to ensure solutions are meeting business objectives.

 

  • Align with the field marketing and sales teams to drive the sell-in and execution of Non-Alc shopper solutions. Coordinate with the Non-Alc Commercial Ops team to deliver solutions that adhere to the REPs calendar and other sales cycle or production deadlines.

 

  • Attract, lead, manage, and mentor a diverse team in such a way to ensure development, superior performance and retention of talent

 

 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

 

  • 7+ years of related sales or marketing experience for a leading CPG organization and have proven team leadership abilities
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
  • Successful experience collaborating with sales on the implementation of shopper programs
  • Ability to manage complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • Skilled negotiator focused on the customer; while also delivering within budget
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with proven ability to develop clear agency briefs
  • ability to build empathy with shoppers to reach them in the occasions they seek

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,700.00 - $144,000.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
