Crafted Highlights:    

The National Sales Executive role drives sales growth and market share across assigned retail accounts by strategic planning and selling. Retail accounts can include 3rd party deliver platforms such as Instacart and omnichannel retailers such as Kroger. Previous eCommerce experience is not required.

 

This position reports to the eCom Sales Manager and is based in Chicago.

 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  •  Partner with customer stakeholders to build annual strategic business plans that align to common goals and objectives
  • Foster mutually beneficial partnership with assigned retailers by providing thought leadership and industry wide solutions across multiple levels of the customer organization
  • Deliver category solutions that align to the retailer’s strategy that are grounded in consumer & shopper insights
  • Analyze eCommerce business performance at assigned retailers to diagnose trend drivers, identify and implement solutions against biggest opportunities and measure progress
  • Lead cross-functional team collaboration to develop solutions that align to retailer and Molson Coors priorities, ensuring flawless execution
  • Partner with marketing to develop online campaigns, digital marketing, social media, site merchandising and omni-channel plans to drive traffic, increase conversion and grow sales
  • Responsible for retail digital shelf including portfolio availability, content accuracy and pricing/promotions
  • Contribute to educating, enabling and empowering broader chain sales organization to incorporate eCommerce into chain plans and omni-channel solutions. 

 

 

Key Ingredients:  

  • At least 4+ years of CPG Sales, Marketing, or Category Management
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information to identify business drivers/causals and develop effective selling stories
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and work well with different teams and personalities
  • You have the willingness to identify new opportunities proactively and build tailored solutions creatively and cohesively
  • You love a challenge – you complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
