Build Brands That More People Want to Hang Out


In the role of Marketing Manager, Simply Spiked you will be part of the North America Marketing team based in Chicago. We are on a mission to build brands that more people want to hang out with – that means embedding our brands into culture and having the bravery to do breakthrough work those matters, and that people will care about. That is what this role will be all about. It is primarily accountable for building and executing our consumer-led brand plans & marketing initiatives, working with great people across our organization to deliver work you can be proud of and results that will make a difference.


This position reports to the Senior Manager, FMB and works closely with the broader Marketing and Commercial teams.  


What will you do?

Accelerate Molson Coors ambitions to become First Choice for Consumers and Customers providing the strategic leadership, direction, inspiration and management for some of Molson Coors Iconic Brands. 

  • Brand Champion for Simply Spiked, leading equity and activation plans for the brand
  • Key contributor to the development of the strategic annual growth plan through opportunity identification across cultural trends, consumer insights and category understanding. Then mapping this against analysis of business performance, in order to provide recommendations on how to deliver brand and business growth
  • Collaborate with marketing cross-functionals - including Media, Shopper, Precision Marketing & Data – to craft effective campaigns and analyze performance
  • Liaise with Field Marketing and key regional sales stakeholders to drive retail performance
  • Manage and inspire external agencies to do meaningful, disruptive and innovative work. Partners will span multiple disciplines including creative, media, experiential, shopper marketing, PR and packaging.
  • Development of breakthrough ideas that will deliver against the growth opportunities and come to life in key elements of the brand’s marketing plan, including creative development, media and communications, experiential, sponsorship activation and our On-Premises and Retail channels.
  • Lead Simply Spiked media and briefing
  • Use various internal and external business and retail analytics tools to analyze business performance and develop impactful insights, including monthly business performance reports

  • Demonstrated experience in relevant field, including marketing, advertising, business management, etc.
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods, beverage, or alcohol is preferred
