Crafted Highlights:   

In the role of Facility Security Associate working in Chicago, Illinois, you will be part of the North America Legal team. You will be in a multifaceted role responsible for ensuring security protocols are enforced while managing front desk operations, performing security tour of the facility, supporting physical security infrastructure, and providing basic support for security systems. This position ensures a secure, welcoming, and efficient environment for employees, visitors, and contractors while assisting with the management and maintenance of security systems. 

 

This position reports to Manager, Physical Security Systems. 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. 

  • Complete daily security tours of MCBC spaces. 

  • Manage visitor registration, badge issuance, and access control procedures. 

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications. 

  • Monitor and manage access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems. 

  • Maintain logs and reports related to security incidents and access activity. 

  • Support emergency response procedures and drills. 

  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of security-related systems. 

 

 

Key Ingredients:  

  • You have a Highschool Diploma/GED 

  • You have at least 1-3 years experience in professional/office setting security. 

  • You are CPR, AED, First Aid certified. 

  • You have a strong security mindset with a customer service mentality. 

  • You have a strong understanding of physical security principles and the ability to conduct security tours and monitor facility safety. 

  • You are able to do front desk management and visitor assistance. 

  • You have basic knowledge and troubleshooting of access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarm systems. 

  • You have clear verbal and written communication with the ability to direct calls, emails, and other inquiries effectively. 

  • You can maintain logs and reports related to security incidents and access activity. 

  • You have familiarity with emergency procedures and participation in drills. 

  • You can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. 

  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). 

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  

  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $41,000.00 - $53,900.00 (posting salary range) + 5target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
