In the role of Director, Marketing RTD Beverages, working in Chicago, IL, you will act as the marketing lead and brand champion for Molson Coors’ Ready‑to‑Drink (RTD) portfolio, overseeing strategy, positioning, commercial activation, and long‑term brand health across a diverse and fast‑growth set of brands including the Monaco portfolio,
Responsible for delivering against the RTD portfolio’s strategic, volumetric, and financial goals, the Director drives both near‑term performance and long‑range equity growth.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Defines strategic direction for assigned portfolio
- Communication: Clearly communicates all portfolio programs. Provides clear direction and demonstrate leadership through meeting timelines. Understand brand strategies, link to channel strategies and ensure they are applied to the development of brand interventions
- People Management: Attracts, leads, manages, and mentors employees in such a way to ensure retention, development, and superior performance of talent
- Clearly communicate and provide direction by understanding brand strategies, linked to channel strategies, and apply them to the development of shopper programs and effective messaging
- Planning: Ensures effective integration of brand portfolio with other Company functional areas, Resource allocation, financial planning for portfolio. Leads portfolio’s annual planning process
- Brand Performance: Achieve volume, profit, and brand health targets § Drive execution across all elements of marketing mix
- Partnership Management: Integration and collaboration with internal and external partners
- This role will lead integration and transition efforts related to mergers & acquisitions, ensuring seamless brand, business, and capability integration across the enterprise. The Director serves as the primary point of contact for our Hornell Brewing partners on Arnold Palmer Spiked, stewarding a strong, collaborative relationship to ensure joint success.
Key Ingredients:
- You have at least 10 years of industry experience
- Demonstrated success leading a multi‑brand portfolio with significant financial responsibility
- Experience in RTDs, FMBs, spirits‑based beverages, or high‑growth emerging categories preferred
- Strong partner management experience, ideally with external brand owners / licensors
- Experience leading integration or transition during M&A is highly valuable
- Proven ability to drive strategic clarity, inspire teams, and deliver results in dynamic, fast‑paced environments
- You love a challenge – you complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You are confident and competent – you are diplomatic, professional, and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
- You are a skilled negotiator focused on the customer – your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style, and you can equally execute ideas given to you

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $149,400.00 - $196,100.00 (posting salary range) + 25% target short term incentive + target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
