The Director of Precision Digital & Marketing Analytics is responsible for developing and leading Molson Coors Beverage Company's precision marketing strategy, customer data capabilities, CRM activation, and measurement framework to drive growth.

This leader will oversee four interconnected pillars:

  1. Precision Media (Programmatic & Paid Social)
  2. Consumer Data Strategy
  3. CRM
  4. Marketing Analytics

Sitting on the Strategy & Capabilities team, the role serves as a critical bridge between Marketing, Media, Insights, and Technology teams, ensuring that consumer data, audience strategy, media investments, and commercial programs work together to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in customer data, digital media, CRM, and marketing performance measurement with strong leadership skills and a passion for transforming data into growth. This leader will also coach and develop a high-performing team of seven professionals across Precision Media, Consumer Data Strategy, CRM, and Marketing Analytics, building an inclusive, high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.

 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

 

 1. Precision Media Leadership (Programmatic & Social)

  • Lead the strategy, governance, and performance optimization of precision media programs across programmatic, paid social, retail media, and emerging digital channels.
  • Partner with media agency partners to drive audience-first activation strategies utilizing first-party and third-party data.
  • Develop advanced targeting, segmentation, suppression, and personalization approaches to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Drive innovation in audience activation, identity resolution, and precision targeting capabilities.
  • Continuously optimize media investment allocation based on performance, incrementality, and business impact.
  • Leverage AI-driven audience modeling, bid optimization, and predictive targeting capabilities to improve media efficiency, campaign performance, and customer acquisition outcomes.
  • Partner with agency and technology partners to evaluate and implement emerging AI solutions that enhance audience activation and media effectiveness.

2. Consumer Data Strategy

  • Own the enterprise consumer data strategy and roadmap to strengthen customer understanding and activation capabilities.
  • Lead audience segmentation, customer insights, and data-driven growth initiatives.
  • Establish governance standards for audience creation, customer data usage, privacy compliance, and measurement consistency.
  • In partnership with the Technology team, drive adoption and expansion of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), identity solutions, and audience management capabilities.
  • Develop a long-term first-party data strategy that enables audience activation, personalization, measurement, and consumer engagement across paid and owned channels.
  • Lead the development of AI-enabled audience and personalization strategies that maximize the value of first-party consumer data assets.

3. CRM

  • Lead CRM strategy across the consumer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation programs.
  • Oversee all consumer CRM marketing programs across email and SMS.
  • Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to ensure CRM serves as a key driver of relationship building and sales growth.
  • Establish testing and personalization frameworks to improve message relevance, campaign effectiveness, and customer lifetime value.
  • Monitor and improve key CRM metrics including engagement, conversion, retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value.

4. Marketing Analytics

  • Lead the enterprise marketing analytics strategy and performance measurement framework.
  • Own the enterprise measurement ecosystem, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, and AI-powered analytics capabilities to deliver a comprehensive view of marketing effectiveness and inform strategic investment decisions.
  • Establish attribution and incrementality methodologies that accurately measure marketing impact across channels.
  • Partner with Marketing, Media, Finance, and Insights teams to optimize budget allocation and improve return on marketing investment.
  • Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Drive a culture of data-informed decision making across marketing and commerce organizations.

 

Key Ingredients: 

  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience across digital marketing, CRM, customer analytics, media strategy, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence growth strategies and investment decisions.
  • Experience leading advanced marketing measurement initiatives, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), experimentation, and incrementality testing.

Preferred

  • Experience within consumer goods, retail, omnichannel commerce, or digitally enabled businesses.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, audience activation, and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of privacy-first marketing and evolving digital measurement frameworks.
  • Experience applying AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics solutions to customer targeting, personalization, marketing optimization, and performance measurement.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings$149,400.00 - $196,100.00 (posting salary range) + 25target short term incentive +  target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
