What You’ll Be Brewing:
Revenue Management
- Lead annual revenue and price promotion planning, execution and evaluation, including volume mix
- Develop national price and mix management plans that reflect pricing strategy and achieve financial objectives
- Establish annual net price targets incorporating price promotion budgets in combination with frontline pricing strategies
Pricing Strategy
- oversee pricing strategy that aligns with the equity of our brands and drives optimal & sustaining net revenue performance.
- Guide Price Architecture development and oversee compliance
- Manage new product pricing strategy and execution from feasibility to launch
- Assess and implement disruptive growth initiatives
- Cultivate insights through analytics, cross-functional partnership, and through “test & learn” programs
Pricing Execution
- Lead opportunity assessment and toolset development for annual price increases
- Leverage analysis & insights to develop annual field play book to lead pricing discussions with our Customers.
- Approve deviations from our price strategy, economic model or other forms of governance.
- Manage post-analysis review for major pricing decisions to review the accuracy of assumptions for future improvement and to develop enterprise learnings.
- Ensure strategies and economic modeling observe legal and regulatory requirements, to include trade practices, pricing, and taxation.
Business Performance Analysis
- Measure performance vs. expectations on key levers of net revenue and assess financial forecast for risks & opportunities and related in-cycle adjustments
- Develop and share key business insights based on detailed performance analysis
- Monitor key competitive trends
Key Ingredients:
Education and Experience
- A seasoned business leader [10-15 years] and driver to accomplish the objectives of this sales region. An MBA degree is preferred. The successful incumbent will have first-hand experience in leading a team to define, implement and manage revenue management principles as well as providing deep commercial insights to improve business profitability.
Skills and knowledge
- Strategic Insight: A well-developed strategic capability and proven experience in analyzing the marketplace, anticipating future alternatives and creating a strategic platform from which the business can address these. He or she must have the proven ability of considering different options across investment/action type and risk profile.
- Leadership: An organized thinker who can motivate, inspire and enlist individual and team support toward achieving a desired objective, while building disciplined financial and commercial capability. Once the vision is defined, the executive must have the ability to act as a change agent by communicating a compelling and inspired message to rally support throughout the company.
- Results: The executive will have a proven track record of exceeding goals and a bottom-line orientation; evidence of the ability to consistently take accountability and make good decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment.
- Action-Oriented: Enjoys working hard and looks for challenges. Able to act and react with speed even if limited information is available. Not afraid to take charge of a situation when trouble comes; can overcome resistance and take unpopular stands when necessary.
- Communication: Express ideas clearly, concisely and effectively; listens to and responds appropriately to others. Presents ideas and recommendations in ways that influence the beliefs and decisions of others and inspires them to action.
- Problem Solving: Use a discipline process to define problems, identify root causes, evaluate data from a variety of sources, recognize patterns, generate alternative solutions, identify potential unintended consequences, and recommend the best solution.
- Flexibility: A natural tendency towards pragmatism and speed. Resourceful; able to quickly define and implement a change in approach to meet business needs, and still address stated priorities.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $146,500.00 - $192,200.00 (posting salary range) + 25% target short term incentive + target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
