In the role of eCommerce Customer Marketing Manager working in Chicago, IL  you will be part of the eCommerce team, nested in our Strategy and Capabilities function.  The CMM will lead the annual Customer Marketing planning process of key Omnichannel customers in North America and lead projects that accelerate Molson Coors eCommerce business strategies and priorities across regions, retail classes of trade and cross functional groups.  You will be a key contributor to developing the eCommerce practice at Molson Coors and influencing how the organization evolves its go to market capabilities. 

 

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing - eCommerce and works closely with eCommerce sales, brand marketing, shopper marketing and other cross functional teams. 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing

  • Lead the annual Customer Marketing planning process for 3rd party delivery partners inclusive of strategy, tool development, communications and measurement
  • Develop omnichannel customer marketing programs in collaboration with off-premise retail teams rooted in shopper insights and an understanding of market dynamics to address key customer/shopper needs
  • Lead critical eCommerce strategic project initiatives to advance Molson Coors Market Share of online sales
  • Understand national brand strategies and programs to tailor to your retailers’ needs based on business priorities
  • Drive monthly business reviews and continuous investment analysis to ensure strategic alignment and the greatest possible business impact.
  • Partner with Sales to build collaborative, strategic partnerships with your retailers in store, digital, and eCommerce teams
  • Be an eCommerce SME to cross functional teams including Retail, Brand, Shopper and Field Marketing to build organizational eCommerce capabilities
  • Manage agency scope including building annual scope plan requirements
  • Monitor, validate and advocate for portfolio content accuracy across online retailers to support discoverability, conversion and overall eCommerce growth

 

 

Key Ingredients

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field;
  • You have at least 5 years' experience in CPG eCommerce and / or marketing
  • Experience building and executing omnichannel shopper marketing plans executed throughout the path to purchase, with emphasis on digital media (social, programmatic and search)
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can demonstrate success without all the answers or data.
  • You have a strong bias for action. You identify a problem, understand prioritization and mobilize to solve it.
  • You are a skilled at developing customer relationships and influencing action

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,100.00 - $143,200.00 (posting salary range) + 20target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
