Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Associate Media Manager working in Chicago, IL, you’ll be responsible for influencing and executing the strategic vision for national media investment across brands like Miller Lite and Peroni. You’ll also work with our Field Marketing team to identify and execute opportunities for local media investment in one of our four sales regions. The role is one of subject matter expertise and influence, so it’s important that this person is able to form strong relationships with their Brand & Field Marketing teams, cross functional teams, our agencies, and external partners.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Serve as the primary media contact for Field Marketing, partnering with our agency teams to provide strategic media guidance across all brands and markets supported in the region
- Lead and manage follow-ups from weekly statuses with field and agency teams
- Support the Media Manager and Sr. Media Manager in annual brand planning, contributing strategic insights based on consumer behaviors, trends and past learnings
- Manage execution of media plans across all channels – from launch through activation - for assigned brands including maintaining accuracy of brand budgets through monthly flowchart reviews
- Compile monthly media highlights for assigned brands to merchandise plans to distributors
- Report on competitive spend and creative using third party tools like iSpot
- Assist in the development of best practices for implementing strategic thinking for the enterprise
- Help link national and local media to ensure complementary execution
The Other Qualifications –
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 5 years of media experience
- Knowledge of media landscape with ability to translate to impact marketing opportunities
- Well versed in traditional, digital, social, and programmatic media
- Successful prior experience working with network of teams to translate marketing objectives into functional consumer channel strategies and tactics
- Proven ability to execute media and strategic partnerships that drive sales volume and brand perception shifts
- Solid quantitative skills to perform post-program analysis
- Commitment to results; ability to incorporate new learning into existing plans and act decisively
- Local media planning & buying experience a bonus, but not required

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
