The Headlines

 

Associate Marketing Manager Non-Alc Shopper Marketing is  part of the MCBC Non-Alc Marketing Activation Team. The role is accountable for leading the development, communication, and evaluation of brand-specific programing and channel-specific solutions. These solutions must be rooted in brand, consumer, and channel insights and should be easy to execute for our sales, distributor, and retail partners. Importantly, these solutions must drive value and sales for our customers, our distributors, and our company.

 

Job Summary

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to lead the development of shopper solutions rooted in insights and brand fundamentals to connect with the consumer. Accountable to stay informed and current on category, shopper and consumer trends in non-alc
  • Own status meetings with external agencies and will work with them from the development of briefs through to offering constructive and concise creative feedback. Collaborate with MCBC Americas Studio to input projects, provide feedback and shepherd projects to final deliverables.
  • Responsible to develop unique, engaging sell stories and brand and category solutions rooted in shopper insights to produce best in class programming across the portfolio that will be effectively executed across the sales organization
  • Connect with customer and field teams to gather feedback throughout the program development process and keep them informed on final plans. Stay connected with the sales organization to ensure the effective execution of all programs
  • Responsible for analyzing and presenting business results for the programs and assigned brands (e.g., volume, share and distribution) and ensure these results are used to inform future strategic decisions
  • Actively support NA Customer and Field Marketing efforts to drive this business forward.  Inclusive of travel to support on-site activation of tentpole events, trade shows, market blitzes and more

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing/sales with high profile CPG brands , including management of channel/retail programs
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required, or 1-3 years of industry experience
  • Experience managing complex projects quickly and adeptly with understanding of the business priorities
  • Demonstrated success in managing the creative process with agency partners and integrating insight from Brand along with value chain stakeholders in Sales and Local Marketing
  • Ability to conduct financial and business analysis and retrieving and analyzing data
  •  Can build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
  • Accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
  • Interest in getting well-rounded experience working across multiple facets of Shopper, Customer, Field and Partner marketing
  • Proactive in approach and exhibits a desire to learn everyday
  • While primarily focused on Shopper marketing, AMMs in this role will gain a unqiuely well-rounded experience across Customer, Field, Partner marketing as well- incl. collaboration with their Brand marketing counterparts.  Ideal candidates should be self-starters and have an appetite to learn everyday- always looking for ways to provide value the Non Alc. organization.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $92,100.00 - $120,900.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
