Role Highlights:
In the role of Associate Marketing Manager for Monaco, you’ll help build an iconic brand that’s shaping culture and changing the way consumers enjoy Ready to Drink, Flavored Alcoholic Beverages. To help you do this and grow your career, you will participate in the Associate Marketing Manager Rotational program that focuses on building breadth of marketing experiences in a holistic way, starting with Monaco.
You will be responsible for executing key programs that make more people want to hang out with us and drive the brand’s growth into the future.
What You’ll Be Brewing:

Marketing Activation
-
Responsible for developing and executing through-the-line marketing activation and partnership programs
-
Liaise with Field Marketing, Shopper Marketing and key sales stakeholders to drive retail performance in key markets and channels for activation programs

Assist in the development of brand activation strategy and marketing plans, including inputs for annual planning process

Commercial Fluency

Collaborate with Sales Operations and Shopper Marketing to create product sell stories, retail tools and distributor engagement tactics

Demonstrate ability to build relationships across the organization inclusive of field/sales teams, as well as our distributor network and agency partners

Deliver effective visual presentations, socialize information and ideas and have good active listening skills in order to drive influencer across the organization

Analytical Foundations & Business Management

Responsible for using various internal and external business and retail analytics tools to analyze business performance and develop impactful insights, including monthly business performance reports and supporting strategic initiatives

Work with Finance to maintain accuracy of budget and expenditures to meet financial expectations as well as tracking and forecasting

Knowledge of three-tier system and alcohol beverage route to market preferred

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $94,000.00 - $123,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
