Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Associate Analytics Manager working in Chicago, IL, you’ll work on projects that cross commercial and operational bounds and will be data oriented, but with the ultimate goal of helping Molson Coors find avenues of growth and efficiency. While the data we work with is backward looking, we will use it to drive forward looking actions. This position works closely with internal stakeholders—including sales, brand, channel, and operations teams—and leverages internal and syndicated data to generate insights.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- You will be responsible for data integrity, storage, access to and reporting from a collection of data sources
- You will develop industry estimates and forecasts using various incomplete data sources
- You are comfortable joining projects to provide guidance on how data could be used to answer questions or solve
- You will build and maintain analytical models that support decision making
- You will lead the development and execution of custom analyses and conduct quality checks to ensure validity
- You will solicit strategic and tactical hypotheses from key decision makers to drive project design
- You will transform model results into insights and deliver action-oriented presentations that provide consultative direction to key stakeholders
- You will develop and lead ad-hoc training / education sessions with stakeholders to build adoption and usage of analytics within the organization
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in the quantitative field (i.e. Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Finance) or, better yet, an MBA or Masters (ideally with Business and Managerial Analytics)
- You also have end-to-end experience building solutions through database management / data engineering, querying, and visualization development to drive strategic decision-making
- You have excellent technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Tableau/Power BI, and general skills in SQL or equivalent programming language including R or Python
- You can identify and synthesize data to provide insights on key business issues through your proven analytic problem-solving skills
- You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $94,000.00 - $123,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
